1. Acceptance
By using BastarTribe (bastartribe.com) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Products
All products are handmade or wild-harvested. Natural products may vary slightly in colour, texture, and weight. Product images are illustrative; the final product may differ slightly. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include all applicable taxes.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other methods communicated at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product becomes unavailable.
4. Services & Bookings
Service bookings are subject to availability. Confirmation is sent within 48 hours of inquiry. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the service date are eligible for a full refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, images, and design — is the property of BastarTribe. Tribal art motifs used on this site are inspired by traditional Bastar art forms and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bastar, Chhattisgarh.
