BastarTribe was born from a simple belief: the handmade arts, forest wisdom, and cultural traditions of Bastar deserve a wider audience โ and the people who carry these traditions deserve dignity, not charity.
We act as a curator and bridge. We do the hard work of sourcing, quality-checking, and logistics, so that the extraordinary craft traditions of Bastar can reach homes and hearts across India and the world.

Every product is genuinely handmade. Every service draws on real tradition. We never source from factories or imitate tribal aesthetics.

We do not expose individual artisans or communities. Their privacy is sacred. We take responsibility as the face of this work.

Bastar, Chhattisgarh
Our current focus is the Bastar region โ a dense, ancient forested plateau in southern Chhattisgarh, home to some of India's most vibrant tribal art traditions: Dhokra metalwork, Godna tattooing, forest honey, and a living ayurvedic pharmacopeia rooted in the jungle.
