Products — Returns & Refunds
Damaged or wrong item: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Quality issues: If a product does not meet our quality standard, contact us within 7 days. We will evaluate and offer a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
Change of mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind on perishable goods (food, honey, spices). For non-perishables, we may accept returns in original unused condition within 7 days.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For UPI/bank transfers, please share your account details when requesting a refund.
